Sarbanes-Oxley moves North

A Canadian spinoff of Sarbanes-Oxley is on its way.

> > Starting January 1, 2004, some Canadian companies will have to comply with a new set of rules similar to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Released for comment on June 27, 2003 by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), these rules could be soon implemented in other Canadian Provinces as well.
