Do You Have A First Rate Finance DepartmentA great workplace for finance professionals are not necessarily what you would think.
> > How do you know you are running a first class finance department? It is easy to offer up obvious markers like low cost capital, accurate forecasts, and financial transparency. The pursuit for greater productivity can actually exhaust and eventually demoralize a workforce.
Settling on what constitutes a top-notch finance operation can stir up a heated debate.
