Canada-Based Companies - Audit and Non-Audit Still MixCEOs and CFOs - about 58% agree on a single global governance standard.

The survey, released by Resources Connection Inc.,an international professional services firm, and CAmagazine, the official publication of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), followed the release of new corporate governance regulations by the main securities body of Canada. Those regulations are intended to mirror many of the guidelines in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
