SEC Sues Three More Ex-Gemstar Execs

Regulators say the three participated in a widespread, complex scheme to inflate revenue.

> > The SEC suit, named Peter Boylan, ex Gemstar president; Jonathan Orlick, former general counsel, and Craig Waggy, ex chief financial officer of TV Guide. The SEC seeks unspecified civil penalties and that all ill gotten gains be returned to investors. The financial regulator is also asking they be barred from service as an officer or director of a public company.
