Execs Fired in Scandal - SOX 301(4)

Adecco is investigating allegations made by

> > The Chief Financial Officer, Felix Weber, and head of US operations, Julio Arreita, for Adecco, the largest employment agency in the world, lost their jobs Friday (January 16, 2004)in an accounting scandal that has sent the stock tumbling. Adecco, whose US headquarters are based in Melville, L.I., saw shares fall $1.83, or 15% to $10.35. The stock dropped 35% on Monday (January 19, 2004) when it said it could not meet an accounting deadline on February 4, 2004.
