SEC Extends Section 404 Compliance For Some Companies

> > The SEC has extended, for some companies, the compliance dates for the internal control provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley, known as "Section 404." According to an SEC spokesman, accelerated filers will now need to comply for their first fiscal year ending on or after Nov. 15, 2004.
