Sullivan Pleads Guilty - Ebbers Charged

Former Worldcom CFO and CEO are charged with conspiracy, fraud, and making false statements.

> > WorldCom ex-CFO Scott Sullivan pleaded guilty to three criminal counts as part of the largest accounting fraud in U.S. history. Worldcom ex-CEO Bernard Ebbers faces the same three charges. The charges are conspiracy to commit securities fraud, securities fraud, and making false statements to the SEC. Sullivan has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in their case against Ebbers.
