Experts Dispute Whistle-Blower Law

A former vice president who says he was fired by Wal-Mart in April because he blew the whistle.

> > Eugene Scalia, the attorney representing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville in the whistle-blower suit brought against it by former employee Jared Bowen, said he does not believe actions by Bowen are covered by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
