JPMorgan-Enron Settlement: $1 Billion

The investment bank agrees to pay up $350 million and boost that total by dropping claims against the failed energy giant.

> > JPMorgan Chase & Co. has agreed to pay $350 million to Enron Corp. to settle "MegaClaims" litigation stemming from the bankruptcy of the company.
