The SOX 404 Compliance Countdown ....Are you prepared to meet the deadlines and issues?

The SEC recently proposed that Section 404 become effective for those public traded companies whose fiscal year ends on or after September 15th, 2003 (the SEC has since relaxed the compliance deadlines).
